Pricing & Billing

What Does It Cost?

On-site storage at our facility is $150/month. Portable storage delivered to your door is $200/month. Same 8'x20' steel container either way. That's it.

No. The rate you see is what you pay. No administration fees, no delivery surcharges, no setup costs, no surprises.

Give us a call and we'll talk through it. We keep deposits as straightforward as everything else.

E-transfers and major credit cards. Give us a call to sort out the details.

Month-to-month, and we prorate your first payment. If your container is delivered on the 15th, you only pay for the second half of that month. After that it's a flat monthly rate on the same date each month. No long-term commitment, ever.

Call us and ask. We're a small local operation and we'd rather work something out than lose a good customer.

The Containers

What Are You Actually Getting?

All our containers are 8 feet wide by 20 feet long. That's 160 square feet of floor space — bigger than most storage units you'd rent at a corporate facility.

On-site means your container sits at our facility. You drive up when you need access. Portable means we drop the container at your property and you load and unload on your own schedule. Same container, different location.

Yes. Sea containers are built to cross oceans in all conditions. A Kawartha Lakes winter is not a problem. Your gear stays dry.

Furniture, tools, equipment, building materials, seasonal gear, dock equipment, vehicles, whatever you've got. No hazardous materials or anything that shouldn't be stored in a sealed steel container.

For portable units on your property, yes — it's on your land, access it whenever you want. For on-site units at our facility, give us a call to confirm access hours.

For most people in Kawartha North, yes. You get more space — 160 square feet versus the 50-100 you'd get at a corporate facility — for less money. No climate control, no fancy amenities, just a solid steel box that keeps your stuff dry and secure. If you need to store furniture, tools, seasonal gear, or building materials, a sea can is hard to beat.

Give us a call and we'll sort out the details. Most customers use their own padlock — standard hasps on all containers.
